Your access to, and use of our app (“App”), services, features, software, and on-line website (“Site”) (collectively, “Services”), are subject to eventuosity’s Terms of Use and this Privacy Policy (“Privacy Policy,” as it may be amended, changed, or modified from time to time in accordance with its terms.) This Privacy Policy applies to all of our Services unless specified otherwise and is incorporated in and made a part of our Terms of Use.

Information You Provide and Automatically-Collected Information

However, we will not be able to decrypt any materials that you encrypted prior to storing them on the Site.

Any Customer Content you choose to share, including emailing items and sharing folders, is at your own discretion. You alone are responsible for Customer Content you wish to share with others and you should only share your information with other Users that you know and trust.

We may contract with third-party service providers to assist us in the operation of the Services. Such third parties may assist us with data storage, maintenance services, database management, web analytics, payment process, and other improvements of the Site’s features. These service providers may have access to your information but are not permitted to use such information except for purposes of performing these tasks on our behalf.

In addition, we may disclose your non-private or otherwise non-personal information, individual or aggregated, such as usage statistics for our Services.


All of our rights and obligations under our Privacy Policy may be freely assigned and delegated by us to any affiliate, in connection with a merger, acquisition, restructuring, or sale of assets, or by operation of law or otherwise, and we may transfer your information to any of our affiliates, successor entities, or a new owner.

If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of all or a portion of our assets, your information or materials may be transferred to an affiliate, successor entity, or a new owner as part of that transaction.


Managing your Personal Information permits you to change, correct, update, limit, or delete certain of your information. You may do that in the following ways:
• Services Settings. You can change your Services settings to manage certain information available to other users. You can manage your contacts, groups, and broadcast lists, or use our block or permissions feature to manage the users with whom you communicate.

We use “cookies” and other persistent identifiers to enhance your experience and gather information about visitors and uses of our Services. Cookies are small files that a site or its service provider transfers to your Device’s hard drive (if your settings allow) that enables the App’s, Site’s or service provider’s systems to recognize your browser or device and capture and remember certain information. For instance, Cookies may be used to save your registration ID and login password for future logins to the Site or App. They are also used to help us understand your preferences based on previous or current Site activity, which enables us to provide you with improved services.

Depending on your Device and software, you may be able to choose to have your Device warn you each time a cookie is being sent, or you may be able to choose to turn off all cookies. If you turn cookies off, you won’t have access to many features that make your Site experience more efficient, and your ability to use some of the features, functionalities, and areas of our Services may be limited.


We will retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you services. Without modification to the foregoing, we will try to delete your information quickly upon request. However, please note that there might be latency in deleting information from our servers, and backed-up versions might exist after deletion. We follow generally accepted standards to safeguard and help prevent unauthorized access to your data, maintain data security and correctly use personal information. However, no commercial method of encryption or information transfer over the Internet or electronic data storage is known to be 100% secure. As a result, we cannot guarantee the absolute security of that information during its transmission or its storage in our systems. Accordingly, our Services do not request sensitive personal information such as social security number or bank account information. We recommend that Users not create such data fields or store in data or metadata included in your Customer Content any information the disclosure of which would cause harm to you or others. This Privacy Policy applies solely to information collected through our Services. In an attempt to provide you with increased value, we may include third-party links on our Site. These linked sites have separate and independent privacy policies. We therefore have no responsibility or liability for the content and activities of these linked sites or your activities conducted through them. Nonetheless, we seek to protect the integrity of our Site and welcome any feedback about these linked sites (including if a specific link does not work).


This Privacy Policy applies only to information collected through our Site, App, or as otherwise described herein and not to information collected offline.


The Services are not directed to persons under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. If a parent or guardian becomes aware that his or her child has provided us with personal information without parental or guardian consent, we recommend that you contact us at privacy@eventuosity.com. If we become aware that a child under 13 has provided us with personally identifiable information, we will take steps to delete such information from our files.

By accessing or using our Site, App, or Services from or through a Device API, or a third party, you consent to the collection and use of your information by us in accordance with this Privacy Policy, which may be modified from time to time. If we make changes to our Privacy Policy, we will post those changes on this page.
